We are Sierra Richardson and Meagan Duecker, two compassionate and experienced doulas dedicated to supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Our mission is to offer nonjudgmental, evidence-based care to ensure you feel confident, informed, and supported during this transformative journey.
Sierra Richardson
Sierra’s passion for caring for others started early as the eldest of eight siblings, and her lifelong dedication to childcare grew through years of hands-on experience. With a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education from Liberty University and her work as a nanny, Sierra understands the importance of emotional and physical support during every stage of life. After furthering her education and training as a doula, Sierra’s holistic approach to care combines knowledge, empathy, and personal experience as a mother herself. She believes that every family deserves support, comfort, and empowerment, whether it’s during labor, birth, or the challenging postpartum months.
Meagan Duecker
As the oldest of five girls, Meagan’s nurturing instincts have always been at the forefront of her work. After starting her career as a nanny, Meagan realized her true calling was in supporting families through birth and beyond. She completed extensive training as a Labor Doula, Postpartum & Infant Care Doula, Infant Feeding Specialist, and Newborn Care Specialist, and holds a degree in Marriage and Family Studies from Brigham Young University-Idaho. Meagan’s compassionate, unbiased approach to care ensures families feel heard and supported in their choices. She is passionate about helping parents navigate their unique journeys, whether it’s through a calm, positive birth experience or the challenges of adjusting to life with a newborn.
Together, we bring years of experience and a genuine desire to be there for families, offering guidance, care, and expert knowledge. We are honored to support you during one of life’s most profound experiences, helping you feel empowered, informed, and cared for at every step of the way.
